Collaboration with Læseforeningen
This spring a new project will begin as a joint effort with Læseforeningen. The main focus is to strengthen the mental health of people with early dementia through guided readings. Mette Steenberg from Læseforeningen and Gitte Rasmussen are project leads however Anders Stengaard Sørensen from Tek and Peter Simonsen from IKV are also taking part in cultivating the projects potential. Nathalie Schümchen has done extensive fieldwork. The pilot study is supported by Hum-faculty seed-money.
